Key Responsibilities:
- Define strategic roadmap aligned with business plans, enterprise architecture, and long-term organizational goals.
- Influence business investment in IT products that support long-term strategy and translate complex technical initiatives into business value narratives.
- Manage business stakeholders through regular reviews to ensure the product roadmap, delivery, and ongoing support metrics meet defined expectations.
- Oversee the delivery of the products portfolio with a mix of projects and enhancements to ensure delivery as per agreed time, cost, and scope.
- Ensure product changes are delivered to the highest quality by setting clear quality KPIs and measurement across the Portfolio.
- Drive collaboration across all IT departments (Enterprise Architecture, Digital Platform, and delivery teams) for seamless solution delivery.
- Manage external product vendors to ensure quality of service delivery and compliance with service levels through ongoing service reviews.
- Ensure 24x7 support for all assigned products and systems, meeting and exceeding all KPIs and service levels defined in the respective service catalogues.
- Focus on automation of manual functions and defect fixing to reduce time spent on service requests and incidents, allowing more time for product development.
- Coach and mentor delivery teams by promoting product thinking and empowering team members.
- Lead and manage delivery teams, defining clear structure, roles, responsibilities, success KPIs & metrics, and fostering transparency through regular feedback and review mechanisms.
- Drive innovation and become a catalyst for change by benchmarking against industry standards, aligning innovation with business outcomes, and enabling others to lead change.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- 8 years’ experience in IT Management, Product/Project delivery, and Transformation programs, including leading IT teams comprising Business Analysts, software engineering (development, quality testing), application, and business support.
- Airline industry knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are advantageous.

ISR Requirements:
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the company and diligently reports any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
