Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the status and successful delivery of all technology projects assigned.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Finance solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Spearhead the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) in the Finance domain, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
- Manage a cross-functional Oracle ERP team, including functional consultants, PL/SQL developers, technical analysts, and testers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver ERP solutions that add value.
- Oversee ERP Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FP&A, TAX, Treasury, iExpense, and related integrations.
- Drive best practices in Oracle ERP implementation and support, aligned with PMP methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Manage multiple software development/integration teams across various project types.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage third-party service providers related to Oracle ERP systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership on Oracle ERP technologies, especially within Finance.
- Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities from a systems perspective.
- Prepare status reports, metrics, and documentation for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, resource utilization, and project timelines ensuring operational efficiency.
- Organize Service Level Review meetings for all internal and external services, generating necessary reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the airline domain.
- Proven techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
- Experience with migration projects from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion in the Finance domain.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including accounting, asset management, procurement-to-pay, and order-to-cash.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Project Budget (CAPEX, OPEX) and contracting experiences (SaaS, SoW, MSA, Business Case).
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion), Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) / Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion), Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile-related certifications preferred.
