Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support direct reports to meet both IT and business objectives.
- Act as the escalation IT contact for business units in the assigned region.
- Assist in developing and supporting training processes for IT Site Analysts and OSCs.
- Communicate and coordinate IT developments in alignment with company initiatives.
- Provide insights on proposed IT solutions and their applicability to business units.
- Coordinate IT activities and responsibilities with other functional IT Managers.
- Develop and control budgets for the assigned IT group and support budget formulation for site-specific expenditures.
- Manage external customers, presenting IT methodologies to support business opportunities.
- Conduct internal audits for quality certifications as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
- Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills across business units.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to travel periodically off-site.
Compensation:
The company offers a market-competitive compensation package, with an estimated starting salary ranging from $134,190 to $164,010, based on background and experience.
