Manager - Learning Design and Delivery

The Manager - Learning Design and Delivery is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning content and programs that support business objectives. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience designing and developing learning, a passion for learning innovation, and a drive to collaborate with stakeholders across the company to build learning modules that create value for employees and the wider business. If you’re excited by the thought of partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, design engaging learning modules that resonate play (but create serious impact), and deliver learning experiences that grow the people who are developing the world’s first city of play, then we’d love to talk to you!

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

• Partner with business-based subject matter experts to translate business needs into clear learning objectives and success measures.
• Build learning content, programs, and curriculum using an innovative Learning Experience Platform that delivers self-led and facilitated learning content.
• Design and deliver engaging learning solutions that drive foundational awareness, ensure compliance with processes, build technical skills, or grow capabilities important to the company.
• Uphold agreed learning governance standards and maintain structured curricula, pathways, and learning spaces to support capability development.
• Design assessments and activities that measure outcomes, reinforce skills, and demonstrate learning impact.

Key Requirements:

• 6 - 10 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Creation, or a role involving the creation of learning solutions across a range of subjects.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering blended training programs that create impact and drive performance and compliance.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
