Position

Due to the company's new strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add a Manager for our Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team. The senior manager will help with the delivery of client-centric solutions in the areas of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top-line growth and deliver profitable results by addressing opportunities in client-facing work and helping clients achieve higher ROI with expert insights into key business questions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey-based research services projects.
  • Receive and understand client briefs.
  • Develop research designs, proposals, and prepare budgets/costs.
  • Contribute to contract negotiations.
  • Brief and train field staff.
  • Design questionnaires and interview/discussion guides.
  • Analyze data and information, developing conclusions and solid recommendations.
  • Present and report on work from proposal to analysis stage.
  • Analyze and evaluate results while controlling costs and managing budgets.
  • Act as the main resource link to the client, developing and maintaining close relationships and communication with client decision-makers.
  • Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarizing and analyzing secondary data.
  • Responsible for project management and maintaining close working relationships with key team members, including analysts, field staff, and administration.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in a research-related field, preferably with retail, marketing sciences, or CRM emphasis.
  • Experience in custom/adhoc survey-based research, particularly in consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions.
  • Analytical with excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail, able to deliver results accurately and on time.
  • Strong client-handling skills with the ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and add value and insights to projects.
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
