As a Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and governance of master data across Core42 and affiliates. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of master data principles.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement master data management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in defining and standardizing master data definitions, hierarchies, and attributes.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, data ownership, and stewardship.
- Oversee the design and implementation of master data workflows, processes, and controls to optimize data management operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data management systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to master data specialists, analysts, and administrators.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with data management policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize master data management processes and enhance data quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on master data management principles, methodologies, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in master data management or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading master data management initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience with master data management tools and technologies (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
