Manager - Monetization

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager - Monetization is responsible for the implementation and execution of Monetization and Marketing Operations strategies and campaigns within the assigned country. This role requires close collaboration with the corporate headquarters and various internal stakeholders to ensure that the local needs of the country are accurately represented in the overall strategy, maintaining uniformity in alignment with established guidelines.

ROLE PROFILE

• Review day-to-day promotional activities and develop reports on the success of promotions for the assigned country.
• Collect customer data on retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
• Develop reports on the marketing strategy by collating and identifying different metrics for the marketing department to assess customer reach and marketing ROI.
• Create value propositions for existing and new products and translate them into effective business practices.
• Generate innovative ideas for customer acquisition and retention initiatives based on insights from internal, customer, and third-party research.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.
• Conduct market research to support idea generation and business case development.
• Collaborate with user research teams to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
