About The Role:
This role is perfect for individuals passionate about operational excellence and enhancing the customer travel experience. The Manager Network Baggage Operations is responsible for the development and execution of baggage service standards, the implementation of mishandled baggage reduction strategies, and the creation of training programs to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Optimizing processes across the network.
• Collaborating with stations worldwide.
• Leveraging data analytics to predict and prevent disruptions.
• Driving performance improvement using KPIs, such as mishandled baggage rates and resolution times.
• Leading and governing the network-wide mishandled baggage strategy and training, including processes for lost, delayed, damaged, and pilfered baggage.

About You:
Candidates should hold a degree and demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in airport baggage services or ground operations, with at least 3 years managing large HUB baggage operations. Proven experience with WorldTracer systems and baggage handling operations at major international stations is expected. Additional qualifications such as Trainer the Trainer certification and advanced certifications in baggage operations or mishandled baggage resolution would be advantageous.
