About The Role:
We are seeking a passionate individual for the role of Manager Network Baggage Operations. This position involves the development and execution of baggage service standards, mishandled baggage reduction strategies, and training programs to deliver a seamless guest experience. You will optimize processes across our network, work with stations worldwide, and use data analytics to predict and prevent disruptions. A key responsibility includes driving performance improvement through KPIs, such as mishandled baggage rates, resolution times, and station-level MHB Scores. You will also lead and govern the network-wide mishandled baggage strategy, including processes for lost, delayed, damaged, and pilfered baggage.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in airport baggage services or ground operations, with at least 3 years in managing large HUB baggage operations. Proven experience with WorldTracer systems and baggage handling operations at international stations is essential. Advanced certifications in baggage operations, mishandled baggage resolution, or ground handling are preferred.
