Manager, Network Performance & Analytics

The Manager of Network Performance & Analytics will be responsible for developing product strategies and roadmaps to maximize market segment penetration, managing existing product lines, conducting opportunity assessments on new ideas, and providing design specifications for product enhancements. The role involves defining business and technical requirements and coordinating with technical resources to maintain and enhance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product performance and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with customer teams and third parties to develop product strategies and enhancements.
• Develop and implement programs to increase card issuance across various markets.
• Engage in idea generation, concept validation, and business case development.
• Execute business plans that promote the company's acceptance value and profitability.
• Enhance product-marketing strategies throughout the product life cycle.
• Coordinate the execution of advertising, promotional, and sales programs to meet objectives.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of related work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in new product development with strong business, market, and financial analysis skills.

• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to drive positive results for customers and the company.

Work Conditions:

• Hybrid, Full-time position with some travel required. General office environment.
