Manager Network Planning

About the Job:
The Manager Network Planning will review, analyze, and recommend scenarios to the senior manager for network optimization, implement work plans agreements with other airlines, and establish optimal steering mechanisms for revenue maximization. This role supports the strategic Fleet Development Plan and evaluates and implements codeshare partners' agreements to foster a proactive approach to fleet turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall direction and coordination of the team, implementing planning and scheduling strategies to enhance profitability.
• Propose recommendations and identify solutions for network performance issues impacting profitability.
• Support the route network performance process to ensure necessary actions are taken.
• Oversee research and forecasting activities for route scheduling to optimize profitability.
• Participate in the economic evaluation of new routes and partnership options, assessing business risks and providing recommendations for growth.
• Use existing market data to support decisions on network planning, scheduling, and alliance development.
• Provide senior management with accurate forecasts of seasonal capacity changes and business cases supporting financial objectives.
• Engage with Airways Group partners to leverage synergies in planning and scheduling activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of network management processes and systems.
• Supervise the preparation and interpretation of flight profitability data to align with forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Degree with 5 years of relevant work experience.
