Manager Non-Resident Banking (Contract Role)

About the Role
As a Manager – Non-Resident Banking, your role is to drive growth, customer acquisition, and proposition development for the Non-Resident Banking business. The focus will be on cross-border banking, wealth, lending, and digital solutions. You will partner with key stakeholders to enhance customer journeys, strengthen international corridors, and deliver tailored propositions and superior customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Non-Resident Banking growth through customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, revenue growth, and development of key international corridors.
• Enhance customer propositions across deposits, wealth, lending, remittances, payments, FX, cards, and digital banking solutions.
• Optimize digital onboarding, customer journeys, cross-sell, engagement, and personalization using analytics and customer lifecycle insights.
• Collaborate across Product, Digital, Wealth, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to deliver business objectives while ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in Retail, Affluent, Wealth, International Banking, or Product Management, with strong knowledge of UAE retail banking products.
• Proven experience in customer proposition management, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, digital banking, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with exposure to international customer segments and cross-border banking preferred.
