Key Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, monitoring risks, and improving operations.
  • Oversee policies, procedures, stakeholder engagement, and communication channels.
  • Manage budgeting, financial variances, forecasting, cost control, and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and practices.
  • Translate strategy into SMART goals and oversee the department’s talent management cycle.
  • Manage reporting processes and ensure compliance with the company's reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Approximately 7–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in major capital projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or mixed-use development is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
