Manager of Post Implementation Reviews

Jobs at this level are responsible for overseeing and managing the post-implementation review activities within a designated business unit. The role holder shall ensure the effective evaluation of project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and support continuous improvement. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development and implementation of the Business Financial Intelligence & Control plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
• Directs and manages the Post Implementation Reviews mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
• Interprets and implements change within the Post Implementation Reviews function, providing guidance and support necessary for continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards within the Post Implementation Reviews function.
• Designs and customizes business case templates based on the specific needs of the cluster for various engagement types (e.g., sales, products, BD, etc.).
• Provides support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure they properly and accurately develop their business cases.
• Collects and conducts an initial review of business cases developed across the cluster to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Proposes corrective measures to business case owners in case of incomplete or inaccurate business cases.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive database of all business cases and ensures accessibility to the Post Implementation Reviews team.
• Assists in providing financial support and advice to management to resolve challenges related to strategic projects’ business cases.
• Coordinates initiatives to raise awareness and provide training on business case development, financial analysis, and decision-making best practices across the cluster.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience, with prior experience in post-implementation review within a large organization, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Experience with project evaluation methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Additional Education Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP).
