Manager, Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to serve as Manager, MarkCom Operations (GCMO) Office in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's GCMO operation-related activities, ensuring that all operations are effectively planned, executed, and monitored. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management, with a deep understanding of marketing and communication projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive GCMO office operation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Manage the GCMO office operation.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing operations projects across a variety of areas and stages of the project life cycle.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sound project management practices, ensuring that projects are effectively planned, executed, and monitored.
• Manage the GCMO office budget, ensuring that resources are deployed in a cost-effective and strategic manner.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the GCMO office team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Project Management Professional) is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an operations management role, with a focus on marketing and communications.
