Manager - OT Infra-Structure, Hosting & Connectivity

This role leads the company's OT infrastructure, hosting, and connectivity environments to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance industrial technology services across sites. It owns the operation and lifecycle of OT compute, storage, virtualization, edge platforms, hosted OT systems, and industrial network connectivity that enable safe operations, digital initiatives, data platforms, and enterprise integration.

What You Will Deliver

• Operate and maintain OT servers, storage, virtualization, hosting platforms, and edge compute environments across industrial sites.
• Ensure availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of hosted OT systems including MES, LIMS, historians, and edge nodes.
• Implement redundancy, backup, recovery, monitoring, incident response, and operational resilience practices for OT infrastructure and hosted systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master’s Degree is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in OT infrastructure, industrial infrastructure, hosting, connectivity, network operations, or technology operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with OT servers, storage, virtualization, edge compute, industrial networks, MES, LIMS, historians, and site-based OT environments.
