Manager, OT Systems & Controls

We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a Manager in OT Systems & Controls. This role offers a chance to contribute to our ambitious growth and play a key part in shaping the future of mining in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise roadmap for OT systems and controls including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and control system integrations.
• Guide system selection, configuration standards, and upgrade strategies for control platforms.
• Support site teams in deploying and maintaining compliant control systems.
• Promote safe-by-design control system architectures and operating practices.
• Support performance monitoring, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of control systems.
• Define control system integration standards with OT infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise systems.

• Cross-site coordination and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control, Automation, or Systems Engineering
• 7–10 years’ experience in industrial control systems or OT environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of PLC, DCS, and SCADA platforms
• Experience governing control system standards across multiple sites
• Background in mining, process, or asset-intensive industries preferred
