Position

ServiceNow is looking for an experienced and inspirational leader to manage the Partner Solution Consulting (PSC) team for EMEA SOUTH. In this role, you will lead a diverse team of Partner Solution Consultants across multiple countries, driving strategic engagements with our partner ecosystem and supporting demand generation and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multicultural pre-sales team from early career to senior consultants.
  • Drive the evolution of our partner ecosystem to be AI-native.
  • Lead partner Ready-to-Sell enablement and capacity-building initiatives aligned with EMEA South GPC strategies while adapting to regional needs to maximize growth and customer success.
  • Support partners’ go-to-market execution and joint pipeline generation across EMEA South.
  • Collaborate with Global Partner & Channel (GPC) leadership, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to prioritize efforts and scale partner impact.
  • Represent ServiceNow with strategic partners and executive stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Support team members’ career development and align growth plans with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on Partner SC engagement, workload, KPIs, and ROI, identifying opportunities to optimize and scale.
  • Ensure high levels of partner and stakeholder satisfaction through consistent communication and engagement levels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows).
  • 8+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, ideally in CRM, AI, or related cloud industries.
  • 3+ years managing partner-facing or pre-sales teams.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow AI business transformation platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience with Global/Regional System Integrators, Service Providers, or Advisory firms.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills; experience managing multicultural teams.
  • Data-driven management style focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Pre-Sales, Partner, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize partner impact.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
