Manager - People & Organisation | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE

The Manager Human Capital is responsible for supporting the overall business strategy to help the business growth through numerous projects related to the department. The role holder is also responsible for standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within all aspects of their operations.

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans, and objectives.
• Ensure that selected service providers correspond to the company needs, review regularly the performance and renew or cancel existing contracts based on the performance review.
• Provide inputs on the development of the yearly department budget.
• Ensure the implementation of all relevant training and performance management systems initiated by the Corporate Head Office.
• Provide inputs to relevant stakeholders on improvements for the relevant Human Capital projects and procedures.
• Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement on-the-job training for the team.
• Ensure the implementation of the company’s corporate policies and relevant procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR.
• Professional Human Capital Certification such as CIPR, SHRM, AHARI preferred.
• 5+ years in Human Capital administration and recruitment.
• 2+ years of experience in retail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong Time Management skills.
