About the Opportunity
As a Manager People & Culture business partner, this role involves partnering closely with our stakeholders to support their organizational needs. The role encompasses both operational and creative aspects, requiring flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness. You will collaborate with 4 C-level stakeholders to drive quarterly initiatives while also working with the operational People Team to align stakeholders with People initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Monitor health metrics across the countries you support by working closely with Heads of Functions and People & Culture Market Leads.
  • Country Health Monitoring: Utilize tools like Peakon, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, and Tableau to assess risks and propose solutions related to the culture, performance, and environment of functions.
  • Acquisition/Retention Metrics: Perform root cause analysis and collaborate to create solutions to improve retention.
  • Compensation Health: Analyze market dynamics and work with Market Leads and Rewards for business cases on pay bands or benefits redesign.
  • Mindset/Culture Alignment: Ensure leaders embody organizational values and uphold them in hiring and performance processes.
  • Experience Optimization: Identify experience gaps and collaborate with stakeholders or People & Culture teams to bridge them.
  • Change Management: Develop strategies for transformation in collaboration with management and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identifying Talent Gaps: Understand organizational design needs to foresee and address critical hiring needs in alignment with business priorities.
  • Talent Development: Work on Leadership Development Plans and Succession Planning for HOF-1 populations, serving as a coach/mentor.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate in designing MYR and EYR processes that align with stakeholder needs.
  • Business Acumen: Understand Country Vision and collaborate with HOF-1 to drive People & Culture OKRs aligned with country objectives.
