To support its growing portfolio, the company is establishing a dedicated capability to monitor, diagnose, and elevate performance across all Group companies. The Manager – Business Performance & Transformation plays a foundational role in enabling disciplined delivery, supporting diagnostics, and maintaining high-quality reporting standards across Group companies.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics & Analysis: Conduct structured financial, operational, and commercial analysis to support business reviews. Assist in rapid assessments, short-cycle problem solving, and early identification of improvement opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop dashboards, KPIs, tracking tools, and performance reports. Support monthly performance routines and assist in preparing decision-ready material for senior leadership.
- Turnaround & Execution Support: Assist in preparing, managing, and tracking priority turnaround performance initiatives. Ensure structured follow-through, alignment, and coordination across workstreams. Work flexibly across multiple topics, supporting priority requests with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, FP&A, transformation, organizational performance, or related fields.
- Proven experience analyzing business performance and supporting execution of performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Ideally, candidates will also have experience supporting turnaround or accelerated performance programs, exposure to multi-business or high-growth organizations, and familiarity with data visualization and analytic platforms.
