Position

The company seeks to appoint a Manager, PMO Analysis and Reporting reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Management. The Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the analytical, governance, and reporting capabilities of the Portfolio Management Office (PfMO) within the Office of the COO. This role ensures that project, program, and portfolio performance is consistently measured across all COO departments and supports data-driven decision-making through high-quality analysis, insights, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Design and maintain portfolio-level dashboards and performance reports for the COO and departmental leadership.
    • Define and track KPIs and performance indicators for schedule, scope, risk, and delivery health.
    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and insightfulness of data used in management reporting.
  • PMO Governance & Methodology:

    • Develop and enhance project and program management methodologies and standards.
    • Support onboarding and compliance across projects.
    • Contribute to the PFMO maturity roadmap.
  • Portfolio Oversight & Assurance:

    • Conduct project and portfolio health checks and quality reviews.
    • Support benefits tracking and performance assessments.
  • Systems & Tools (Co-Ownership):

    • Administer the PfMO’s platform, including data structures and reporting automation.
    • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows through digitization and automation.
  • PMO Capability Development & Continuous Improvement:

    • Lead initiatives to strengthen project and portfolio management capability.
    • Facilitate lessons-learned reviews and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in project, program, or PMO environments, preferably within complex or matrixed organizations.
    • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, proficiency in platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
    • Experience managing or administering project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a university or similarly complex organization.
  • Expertise in program and portfolio-level data analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence in a complex organizational environment.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.

Location and Work Conditions:

  • On-site, Full-time in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
