Position

The Manager, Process & Admin Assurance, will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and automation strategies to drive operational efficiency and business excellence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process design and automation strategies to optimize organizational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and manage business processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify best practices in process design and automation.
  • Drive compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Design, implement, and drive governance and assurance across various aspects of procurement and supply chain function, ensuring business enablement cross-functionally.
  • Create reporting mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders, with AI-based prescriptive modeling.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business excellence, process design, or related fields.
  • International experience in tech domain, process design & quality assurance will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
  • Experience in working across multiple countries and managing diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with business excellence frameworks and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with contract management software (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Sirion) and supply chain P2P process tools & re-engineering tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
