Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process design and automation strategies to optimize organizational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage business processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance.
- Conduct market research to identify best practices in process design and automation.
- Drive compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Design, implement, and drive governance and assurance across various aspects of procurement and supply chain function, ensuring business enablement cross-functionally.
- Create reporting mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders, with AI-based prescriptive modeling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business excellence, process design, or related fields.
- International experience in tech domain, process design & quality assurance will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
- Experience in working across multiple countries and managing diverse teams.
- Familiarity with business excellence frameworks and methodologies.
