About The Role: Are you ready to be the engine behind Riyadh Air’s next generation commercial system? In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery and integration of Riyadh Air’s Commercial System through structured SaaS coordination, seamless platform integrations, and effective vendor-led rollouts. As a pivotal member of the Commercial Systems Transformation Team, you will focus on the configuration, integration, and deployment of platform capabilities that enable dynamic offer creation, NDC-based distribution, order servicing, and ONE Order fulfillment. Your work will directly support Riyadh Air’s strategic objective of enabling modern, retail-driven airline commerce through efficient and scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate platforms and drive successful delivery of commercial systems.
• Manage SaaS product delivery and systems integration, ideally within the airline or travel industries.
• Execute backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and coordinate cross-team deliveries.
• Maintain RAID logs, track milestones, and plan mitigation strategies.

About You:

• Degree qualified with at least 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product delivery or systems integration.
• Strong command of SaaS vendor delivery models, Agile practices, and airline commerce standards such as ONE Order.
• Deep understanding of APIs, order and retail data flows, and layered architecture.
• IATA certifications and airline domain experience are preferred.
