Responsibilities
- Lead design direction for fintech and payments experiences across mobile and web platforms.
- Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, including prototyping and validation.
- Simplify complex financial journeys into intuitive, secure user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to define outcomes.
- Drive high standards in UX, UI, interaction design, and visual quality.
- Mentor and guide designers through feedback, critiques, and design reviews.
- Ensure scalable, consistent solutions aligned with design systems and guidelines.
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and decision-making with strong stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with strong UI/UX fundamentals.
- Proven experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, designing transaction and payment journeys.
- Strong end-to-end product design capability, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
- Expertise in prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design across mobile and web platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs clearly.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, design systems, and delivering scalable, high-quality design solutions.
