Primary Responsibilities
- Function as the Payment Resiliency Solutions SME in MEA
- Work closely with regional sales and account management teams to support the growth of Stand-In and On-Demand Decisioning
- Partner with Advisors Consulting Services to drive Stand-In performance improvement and define On-Demand Decisioning use case opportunities
- Collaborate closely with local Customer Success and Service Business Leads by providing SME guidance and recommendations
- Craft and present clear and compelling business cases to stakeholders to secure buy-in for product utilization
- Work with engineering to enhance Resiliency offerings based on direct customer feedback
- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive analysis
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, establishing priorities and clear milestones
- A problem-solver mindset focused on delivering value to the business and end-users
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with authorization decisioning and related concepts
