The organization is looking for a Manager, Product Management, Move as part of the EEMEA Product Management Team. This role involves working with customers, primarily large Financial Institutions or FinTechs of Scale, to further the company’s strategic and commercial agenda in the region, especially around Cross Border A2A Payments, which includes Low Value B2B / Commercial Payments, P2P Remittances, and Purpose-based payments like Bill Payments, Tuition Payments, Utility, Social Security, etc.

  • Partner with Account Management and in-country Cross-Border Sales teams during the Sales and/or Implementation Cycle with a Customer, offering deep subject matter expertise necessary for opportunity conversion.
  • Conduct internal concept selling within the company, at an Account/Country level, to facilitate appropriate customer engagement aimed at driving conversion and market adoption of the company’s cross-border solutions, in collaboration with Cluster teams.
  • Independently and collaboratively communicate product capabilities needed for various markets and clients, working with different teams within the organization to bring these to life.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization to further the Transfer Solutions agenda.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of NOSTRO pricing and challenges related to Currency Control, Correspondent De-Risking, etc.
  • Understanding of SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, and emerging multi-lateral payment schemes, including knowledge of alternative technical architectures.
  • Experience with product business and sales lifecycle, including prospecting, conversion funnels, product launches, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Well-connected within the markets, able to hold in-depth subject-matter conversations on related topics.
  • Aptitude for learning new concepts quickly with minimal formal training.
  • Proven success working with stakeholders across various business units, functions, and markets in support of cross-functional projects/programs.
