Key responsibilities include:
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with contractual, regulatory, and internal policy compliance.
- Operational Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to reduce bottlenecks.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and incorporate automation tools.
- Crisis & Incident Management: Develop contingency plans and lead response efforts in crisis situations ensuring business continuity.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate problem-solving workshops to address operational challenges.
- Risk Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor risk trends and make necessary adjustments to governance models.
Qualifications:
- Required: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Risk Management, or a related field; 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience; data-driven decision-making skills; and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Preferred: Expertise in Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile); experience in Risk and Compliance Management; proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
