Manager - Program Governance and Business Resilience

Core42, a leader in AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is seeking a Manager of Program Governance & Business Resilience. This role involves establishing and enforcing governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance across finance, HR, and technology operations. The Manager will identify and mitigate operational risks, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive workflow improvements utilizing automation tools and industry best practices to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with contractual, regulatory, and internal policy compliance.
• Operational Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to reduce bottlenecks.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and incorporate automation tools.
• Crisis & Incident Management: Develop contingency plans and lead response efforts in crisis situations ensuring business continuity.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate problem-solving workshops to address operational challenges.
• Risk Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor risk trends and make necessary adjustments to governance models.

Qualifications:

• Required: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Risk Management, or a related field; 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience; data-driven decision-making skills; and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Preferred: Expertise in Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile); experience in Risk and Compliance Management; proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
