As a Manager Projects at the company, you will lead the delivery of long-term technical projects and programs to ensure that objectives are met according to plan, schedule, and budget. Your responsibilities include:
- Project managing the implementation of initiatives and leading cross-departmental projects related to operational efficiency linked to key performance indicators.
- Identifying, communicating, and supporting the implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis and root cause analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Effectively managing stakeholders and partnering with line departments to drive sustainable change.
- Developing and implementing change management approaches as part of project delivery.
- Supporting the development of business cases for cost/benefit evaluations of proposed projects to ensure feasibility.
- Creating, monitoring, and updating project work plans to ensure requirements are managed and projects are delivered on time and budget.
- Communicating key messages to project sponsors and stakeholders for effective decision-making.
- Analyzing and reviewing change requests to evaluate their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Reporting on key milestones and issues to senior stakeholders.
- Monitoring project activities to ensure risks and issues are managed timely and efficiently.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of policies, standards, and core processes in Project Management methodologies.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher (vocational certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree).
- Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or proven knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile Project Management) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in airline operations.
