Key Accountabilities:
- Project manage the implementation of initiatives and lead cross-departmental projects related to operations efficiency linked to key performance indicators.
- Identify, communicate, and support the implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and root cause analysis to derive actionable insights for the operations division.
- Effectively manage stakeholders and partner with departmental teams to drive sustainable change.
- Develop and implement change management approaches as part of the project delivery.
- Support the development of business cases to evaluate the cost/benefits of proposed projects for feasibility.
- Create, monitor, and update project work plans to manage requirements and ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Communicate key messages to project sponsors and stakeholders for effective decision-making.
- Analyze and review change requests for impacts on timelines and budget.
- Report on key milestones and issues to senior stakeholders to address critical areas efficiently.
- Monitor project activities to identify and manage major risks and issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, standards, and core process principles to ensure continuous enhancement of Project Management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent vocational certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree).
- Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or proven knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile Project Management) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in airline operations.
