Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-departmental projects to enhance operational efficiency linked to key performance indicators.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
- Conduct ad-hoc and root cause analyses for the operations division.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and collaboration to foster sustainable change.
- Develop change management approaches for project success.
- Create and manage project work plans to ensure requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and decision-making.
- Analyze change requests for impact on timelines and budgets.
- Report on project milestones and challenges to senior leadership.
- Monitor project risks and issues to ensure they are effectively managed.
- Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and standards.
Qualifications:
- A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, alongside project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile Project Management) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within airline operations.
