Manager, Quality & Risk Management

Ensure sound and solid corporate risk, quality, and change management policies and processes by supporting and monitoring the design of the policies and processes and liaising with stakeholders across the organization to ensure proper implementation. Risk management mitigates problems, quality management improves the efficiency and reliability of support operations, and change management ensures that changes in the operating model are managed.

Responsibilities

• Define the principal risks in terms of impact that may adversely affect the achievement of strategic or major business objectives. Monitor and support the design of risk, quality, and change management policies and procedures.
• Manage risk as an integral part of creating shareholder value through good business practices designed to ensure that the organization achieves its strategic, business, and governance objectives, and protects its corporate reputation, values, and integrity.
• Develop strategic plans, prepare operational plans and capital budgets, complete detailed project approval requests, and design and manage project plans as part of other management systems and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 12 years of experience, including E&P Operations and Change Project Management experience

Work Conditions

• Physical Effort: Minimal
• Work Environment: A/C environment with potential exposure to heat, humidity, and dust during occasional site visits.
