Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
- Oversee project management efforts across the sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
- Prepare sales strategies based on analysis to increase revenue.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer experience strategies.
Requirements
- Masters’ degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics.
- Excellent people management skills.
