Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Application Operations team, overseeing support processes, incident management, and service requests for SAP applications.
- Ensure optimal performance of SAP systems, managing system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application integration and functionality across business units.
- Implement and enforce application governance, ensuring compliance with operational standards, policies, and security measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing application performance and user experience.
- Monitor application performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system integrity and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Provide training and support for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of SAP applications.
- Stay informed of SAP best practices, trends, and upgrades, evaluating their relevance to the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP application management or operations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP applications, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in incident management and service delivery processes.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning is a plus.
- Certification in SAP Application Management is advantageous.
