Manager Security Controls (UAE National)

The purpose of this position is to manage and execute the ISRM Process Management and Governance to support delivering security solutions and workflows that will secure the company’s Technology Infrastructure within the required time and cost. The role involves overseeing the activities of the Strategic Planning & Execution for the ISRM department to ensure the accurate implementation of ISRM vision, mission, and strategy. Additionally, the job holder will lead, manage, and motivate staff, making a high-level contribution to the management of the ISRM by working with the SRM Director and the Head of ISRM and IOC to develop engagement action plans and ensure they are delivered, monitored, and within the defined Balance Score Card.

Key Accountabilities:

• Determine the financial feasibility of implementing special projects and developing new programs in line with the company strategy and approved Capex budget.
• Support ISRM management to set adequately high standards and monitor the team’s compliance.
• Enhance the Customer Experience through effective improvements of demand and delivery processes that align with the vision and values of the company.
• Support decision makers in ISRM to make sound decisions quickly when a situation requires intervention.
• Standardize and increase efficiency in current processes and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Support teams to take decisive action to overcome obstacles, including service catalog development, review, and implementation.
• Assist in planning the yearly budget and Opex/Capex with the management and Head of ISRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/IT industry.
• 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in telecom, with a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering related services.
• Desirable qualifications in program/project management and a good understanding of Telecom/Information Technology and/or Security fields.
• Good understanding of project management practices.
