Manager Security (Emirati Hire Only)

The position requires a seasoned telecom and cyber security professional who can track the security aspects of the program, coordinate with the stakeholders, and present the compliance progress for the program to management. The role includes defining security frameworks for the entire AI lifecycle and implementing active defenses against LLM vulnerabilities, including Prompt Injection and Model Theft. Additionally, the Manager will lead the end-to-end security design for products, ensuring "Security by Design" is embedded into all architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define security frameworks for the entire AI lifecycle (Data Ingestion -> Model Training -> Inference).
• Implement active defenses against OWASP Top 10 for LLM vulnerabilities.
• Lead the end-to-end security design for the product and produce comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and local Data Protection laws.
• Oversee the integration of SAST, DAST, and SCA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and manage the IAM strategy, ensuring robust implementation of Customer IAM for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role in the telecommunication industry.
• Required Certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CISA.
