Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and implement security protocols and policies across all the company facilities, including the company Campus and Airport Operations Center.
- Develop and circulate security procedures to counter threats, risks, and vulnerabilities affecting the company’s operations.
- Oversee and coordinate security operations, ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate closely with the Admin & Fleet team to create and refine a security plan that supports all facility operations and projects.
- Manage all emergency and crisis response resources, providing timely and effective responses to incidents.
- Conduct security surveys of all the company facilities to identify security gaps and implement solutions.
- Communicate and report security information to relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate awareness and response.
- Advise the Security Department on implementing updated security standards and practices to maintain compliance.
- Lead and manage a team of external security guards, ensuring high performance and strict adherence to security protocols.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and gate barriers, ensuring functionality and facility security.
- Manage the secure and efficient operations of the datacenter systems limited to Panduit and PDU systems, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
- Oversee electrical systems (Low Voltage and Medium Voltage) and Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure facility security and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Minimum 5 years in airline security systems.
- Total years of experience: 7 - 9 years.

ISR Requirements:
- Read and comply with the ISR policies of the company and diligently report any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
