Manager – Security & Threat

The Manager – Security & Threat leads the governance of security operations and threat management across the company Workers Villages. The key purpose of this role is to prevent, detect, and respond to security threats through disciplined security governance and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security and threat management frameworks.
• Oversee access control, patrols, and CCTV operations.
• Lead threat assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Coordinate intelligence and threat alerts with authorities.
• Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi security regulations.
• Maintain training and licensing compliance.

Requirements
Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in security and threat management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
