Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and refine inflight services and service delivery procedures based on product, culinary, and customer experience concepts.
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational feasibility in service design and processes.
  • Analyze trend data and conduct routine audits to refine standards and monitor product performance.
  • Create and approve updates to Service & Hospitality manuals and crew reference materials.
  • Design cost-efficient onboard logistics, including equipment definition and service profiles.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops for inflight services, product trials, and other service development projects.
  • Lead service and product development for new aircraft and route introductions.
  • Coach and develop brand ambassadors to enhance customer experience propositions.
  • Evaluate data trends for improvements in onboard products and service procedures.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service and hospitality standards are understood and implemented.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a flying license being essential.
  • 8 years of experience working as a Cabin Senior or Manager within an inflight service and hospitality environment is preferred.
