Manager Service Design Implementation

The Manager Service Design & Implementation manages end-to-end service development projects. They are accountable for establishing, developing, and maintaining service procedures that are operationally feasible, efficient and in accordance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and refine inflight services and service delivery procedures based on product, culinary, and customer experience concepts.
• Drive consistency, efficiency, and operational feasibility in service design, ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.
• Analyze trend data and perform routine audits to refine standards and monitor product performance.
• Create and approve updates to Service & Hospitality manuals and crew reference materials.
• Manage and facilitate end-to-end co-creation workshops for inflight service and product trials.
• Lead service and product development working groups for new aircraft entry-into-service and other program implementations.
• Coach and develop brand ambassadors to support cabin crew in delivering customer experience propositions.
• Evaluate data trends for improvements to onboard products and service procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure service & hospitality standards are understood and supported.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, preferably in Business, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Information Technology.
• Essential: Flying license.
• 8 years of experience working as a Cabin Senior or Manager.
• Experience in an Inflight Service & Hospitality environment is desired.
