• Leading ServiceNow GRC & SecOps Implementations, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and more.
• Developing end-to-end ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solution architectures for clients in the Middle East region.
• Collaborating with clients to ensure proposed solutions align with their architecture and strategic goals.
• Conducting early discovery sessions and contributing to business case development.
• Leading the bidding process for RFPs related to GRC/SecOps domains.
• Mentoring a team of ServiceNow BAs, engineers, and testers.
• Designing and developing solutions to automate GRC processes and integrate with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• A recognized university bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a master’s degree may be preferred.
• 10+ years of technology implementation experience, with at least 5 years focusing on the ServiceNow platform (GRC and SecOps modules).
• Proven expertise in solution architecture and design within cybersecurity and compliance domains.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for GRC and SecOps.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or ITIL may be advantageous.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and a strong work ethic.
