Manager | ServiceNow | Application Security

Deloitte is looking for a Manager specializing in ServiceNow Application Security for our Riyadh office. This role involves leading ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) & SecOps implementations while delivering high standards of technology enablement. Responsibilities include developing solutions for clients in the Middle East region, collaborating with client architects, translating business requirements into technical requirements, leading RFP processes, overseeing teams, and ensuring that project deliverables meet high quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solution architectures.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals.
• Conducting discovery sessions with clients and contributing to business case development.
• Mentoring a team of ServiceNow business analysts, engineers, and testers.
• Designing solutions to automate GRC processes and integrate with third-party systems.
• Reviewing project deliverables for quality and value.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Qualifications:

• A recognized university bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a master’s degree may be preferred.
• 10+ years of technology implementation experience, including at least 5 years with the ServiceNow platform focusing on GRC and SecOps modules.
• Experience leading technical teams in cybersecurity and compliance domains.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist for GRC and SecOps.
• Additional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or ITIL may be advantageous.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting and integrations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic may be beneficial.
