We are seeking a Manager, Solution Architect for Acceptance to lead remote product and solution design, development, and onboarding project management for strategic EEMEA-based acceptance clients. The role includes:
- Developing end-to-end launch plans by collaborating across multiple products and solutions to ensure client success, focusing on process, consumer experience, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
- Translating customer needs into specific project objectives and identifying solutions for complex issues.
- Defining project requirements, estimating necessary resources, and developing selection evaluation criteria.
- Coordinating impacts to vendors and company workflow for new product launches.
- Managing delivery programs and the development of new and existing technologies, supporting business needs in accordance with Mastercard standards.
- Providing technical support and guidance for the management of work from concept through delivery, ensuring efficient program delivery.
