Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Solution Architect in Acceptance, focusing on remote product and solution design, development, and onboarding project management for strategic EEMEA-based Acceptance clients. This role involves developing comprehensive launch plans that encompass multiple products and solutions to ensure client success, with an emphasis on process, consumer experience, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs into specific objectives and identify solutions for complex issues.
- Define project requirements and priorities, estimate necessary resources, and develop detailed selection evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate the impact on vendors (both internal and external) and manage company workflow for new products.
- Define the products/solutions to be delivered and manage the delivery program while adhering to Mastercard standards.
- Support and perform technical analysis of complex software, hardware, and transmission facilities using diagnostic tools to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Provide technical support for architecting new platform capabilities and set technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Offer technical guidance from concept through delivery in collaboration with development programmers and regional customers.
- Resolve complex infrastructure architecture issues and manage a matrix team, conducting goal setting, monitoring, and management.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess advanced skills in personal influence, commercial focus, business acumen, global perspective, future focus, and innovation and thought leadership. Strong people leadership skills are also essential.
