Manager, Solution Architect, Acceptance

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for their Solution Architect team focusing on Acceptance. This role involves remote product and solution design, development, and the onboarding project management for strategic EEMEA-based Acceptance clients. The successful candidate will develop end-to-end launch plans while collaborating across multiple products and solutions to ensure client success, with a primary focus on process, consumer experience, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate communicated customer needs into specific objectives and identify solutions for complex issues.
• Define project requirements and priorities, estimate necessary resources, and develop detailed selection evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate the impact of vendors (both internal and external) and manage company workflows for new products.
• Manage the delivery program and development of new and existing technologies in line with Mastercard standards to meet business needs.
• Conduct technical analysis of complex software, hardware, and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools.
• Provide technical support for architecting new platform capabilities and setting technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Resolve complex infrastructure architecture issues and manage a matrix team, including goal setting and monitoring.
