Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive large and/or complex business solutions for targeted/assigned customers.
  • Provide in-depth solutions architecture capability based on specific customer business needs.
  • Oversee holistic solutions from both business and technical perspectives, considering costs, contract terms, and client's technical environment.
  • Collaborate across Applications, Analytics, and Digital to define target Architecture for clients, ensuring end-to-end solution accountability.
  • Understand customer business by researching to identify issues and establish technical credibility with clients, cultivating key relationships.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during the solution development process to ensure alignment with sales and client business strategy.
  • Develop high-level technical strategies and solutions while analyzing stakeholders and identifying decision-influencing traits.
  • Lead Solution Design Workshops, ensuring alignment across client business objectives, technical solutions, and contract terms.
  • Identify solution trade-offs and risks to both DXC and the client, and develop comprehensive transition and transformation plans.
  • Negotiate SOWs and contract terms, interpreting client requirements to address business goals.
  • Research industry best practices and leverage partner solutions to meet client needs and enhance offerings.

Basic Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field preferred.
  • Thirteen or more years of experience in business solutions, technical consulting, or sales solutions.
  • Experience with the technology industry, specifically handling significant accounts.
  • Proven experience in developing winning sales solutions and proposals.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with team members and senior executives.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with CxO or Director level client executives.
  • Ability to lead in team environments and articulate business value of solutions.
