In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the demonstration capability and strategy, inspiring and managing a team of early-career Presales Solution Consultants. Your responsibilities will include creating a repeatable process that drives results across multiple objectives:
- Develop early-career Solution Consultants by providing an environment to enhance demonstration proficiency and knowledge of the company's product groups.
- Define and refine future Demo Hub program capabilities.
- Sponsor the creation, use, and development of demonstration capabilities.
- Partner with Marketing and the Sales Consulting Field to drive pipeline generation efficiency.
- Manage a library of functional demonstrations to enhance pipeline generation and renewal processes.
- Expand capabilities globally after developing successful functionality in the Americas.

- Ability to articulate the power and value of the company's platform.
