Key Accountabilities
- Proactively scope the technical solutions needed to meet customer requirements and assess both met and unmet needs, providing recommendations that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
- Responsible for technical architecture engagements with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery of bespoke solutions to support revenue generation.
- Design bespoke network solutions for datamena and the company customers, including high-level design and oversight for continued growth, while leading technical discussions to gather necessary information for Technical Design Specifications.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related IT field
Experience
- 10+ years in a similar role within a competitive solutions environment
- Expertise in designing DWDM, OTN, and fixed communication solutions
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols and enterprise communication services such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
- Hands-on experience with MPLS, SDWAN, and SASE solutions
- Proven track record in implementing advanced connectivity solutions with enterprises or service providers
