Key Accountabilities

  • Proactively scope the technical solutions needed to meet customer requirements and assess both met and unmet needs, providing recommendations that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Responsible for technical architecture engagements with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery of bespoke solutions to support revenue generation.
  • Design bespoke network solutions for datamena and the company customers, including high-level design and oversight for continued growth, while leading technical discussions to gather necessary information for Technical Design Specifications.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related IT field

Experience

  • 10+ years in a similar role within a competitive solutions environment
  • Expertise in designing DWDM, OTN, and fixed communication solutions
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols and enterprise communication services such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
  • Hands-on experience with MPLS, SDWAN, and SASE solutions
  • Proven track record in implementing advanced connectivity solutions with enterprises or service providers
