Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Execution: Lead special projects across multiple verticals, coordinating teams to ensure effective execution.
- Strategy Development & Problem Solving: Identify key challenges and opportunities, using strategic insights to formulate data-driven solutions that drive profitability and growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze business performance metrics to support decision-making and improve performance.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Present insights and strategies to senior stakeholders, leading alignment sessions to ensure cross-functional goal alignment.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Strategic Mindset & Problem Solving: Ability to structure complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing multiple cross-functional projects from inception to execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in presenting clear recommendations to influence decision-making.
Nice to Have:
- Consulting Background: 3+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm with a focus on operational excellence or strategy development.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, food delivery, e-commerce, or retail sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, adept at building relationships and thriving in a dynamic environment.
