Reporting Business Performance
- Own full visibility of COO functional KPIs across functions and markets.
- Surface risks and opportunities early to prevent escalation.
- Drive turnaround swiftly when metrics deviate, ensuring precision in execution.
- Build and maintain performance reporting frameworks that are insight-driven rather than mere data consolidations.
- Present actionable findings to senior leadership in clear formats.
OKR & Budget PMO
- Lead the OKR and budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment across functions and markets.
- Track OKR and budget performance, analyze variances, and flag risks proactively to implement course corrections while providing insights to leadership.
- Drive governance, planning timelines, and process improvements for financial planning.
- Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and financial allocations.
COO Strategy & Planning
- Strategy Development: Translate vision into executable plans; lead annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles and competitive analyses.
- Planning & Execution: Own integrated business planning processes (strategy, budget, OKRs, and P&T roadmaps), and drive operational cadence with clear ownership timelines and accountabilities.
- Performance & Alignment: Define company KPIs, monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, align business units, and support the COO with board and executive reporting.
Cross-Functional Special Projects
- Lead high-stakes cross-functional strategic projects requiring coordination across Regional, Local, and P&T teams.
- Manage stakeholder complexities across markets and functions while maintaining momentum.
- Ensure alignment from senior leadership down to ground-level execution, holding the strategic thread across all facets of the project.
AI & Productivity
- Spearhead the adoption of AI within functional performance teams.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual reporting with AI tools, expedite analysis, and enhance team output quality.
- Encourage the team to adopt smarter, faster methodologies for their work.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
- 3+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or performance management, preferably in a tech or fast-paced consumer environment.
- Ability to drive innovation and impact through thought leadership.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with a structured communication style that translates complexity into actionable insights.
- Strongly preferred experience with financial modeling and P&L analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau is strongly preferred.
